About the Artist

Profile

As a young girl in my native Thailand, I loved to draw and paint.  Later, when I became a journalist, there was little time for art.  I wrote a daily newspaper column, which led to opportunities to publish books and to travel abroad.  Life was full, and yet slowly my priorities shifted.  I left the crush of Bangkok for an experimental community in the countryside.

In time the thread of events led me to Victoria.  Here, surrounded by incredible natural beauty, I turned intensively to art.  It is my passion.  My favorite subjects are flowers, landscapes, and abstracts inspired by nature.
